What's your favorite fast food restaurant? (Coffee shops are allowed.)

Where do you have them? Never heard of them in Pennsylvania. The same goes for Carl's Jr, never heard of them. But some place we do have around here, years ago had a mushroom burger that was one of those limited time things and it was very good. Probably Burger King but I just can't recall.
