Is Keyboarding in ultrabullet banned?

Someone asked me if the keyboard extension for ultrabullet has been officially banned by lichess. Has it been?
If so, please give me the proof.

How can you make multiple premoves normally? I thought you could only make 1 premove at a time.

Normally, whenever I try to make a second premove, the first premove is overwritten.
