I just lost the 1000th game because of issues with timer of the iOS app. My opponent‘s timer reached zero five times, the remained there for a few second goes up again to 5 seconds. In an +3 game!! Meanwhile my own timer kept running even though I already made my move.

I sitting in my living room next to my wlan router with 100% connection an no one else using the local network. You really need to fix this.

Hiya!

Just to clarify,
if you have a good connection between your device and your router -
that doesn't mean that your connection to Lichess is also good.
There could be a problem between your router and Lichess (i.e your Internet Service Provider might be having issues...).

To check your connectivity towards Lichess,

I just won a game in 1 min bullet. With 1:24 left on my timer.
I did not request “15 more seconds “. 4 times as showed up in the chat. My opponent didn’t grant me the seconds, because I did not see the accept.

I have been losing by 30seconds in some games as well as winning by a similar amount. This is the first time I opened the chat on one of these games and noticed the extra time given. This has happened in the past, but over the last week it has been the worst. I am playing on an iPhone.
