Correct. You said nothing, though.
Only resort to, "Gosh, people who I didn't understand probably didn't know what the words mean" after exhausting all other potential explanations.
And I'll repeat it; if people you interact with find the most popular, theoretical openings "contemptible," perhaps you're from another timeline? In this timeline they're... popular theoretical openings.
What? I just explained the meaning of a word, without giving any opinion on the matter.

You're being passive-aggressive.
Be honest. You were trying to correct somebody, but without explaining why you thought they made a mistake.

I probably missed it when reading the blog entry, but which time control is this graph for? Because don't most of us have different Lichess ratings depending on time control? (I certainly do: my bullet rating is 300 points lower than my Rapid rating, for example.) Or does it not matter for this data?
(EDITED to correct "400" to "300".)

Hi I was going through the plots you had posted. Read half way through the articles as well. Seems like a very useful blog.
Questions-
- What are X and Y axis stand for in each plot?. Its not clear
- Also the legend (color codes) you have on the right side of the plots are too small. Do you have an external link or can we
click on it to get a zoomed in image of those.
Just need more annotations to the plots and make it more readable would be awesome. Like this article vey much!

I also find the (mostly) GM moves found in openings played in the analysis board very interesting.
