I won against a 1400 rapid in blitz

I am 1200 in rapid, this guy is 1400 in rapid. I played a blitz game against him and won. How's my game? Anything I should work on?

Why did you take Kn with your bishop? That's a positional mistake. You want to keep the bishops if you can. You allowed white to take back with a tempo on your queen and have a dangerous white squared bishop on a good diagonal.
You also hung a pawn and allowed white counter-play.
You may have won, but you should study some master's games to get an idea of exchanging and minor piece play.

That's good but there are many games where the rating difference between players is more than in your case.

8. Bxf3 was a mistake as it allows White to recapture it while developing the Bishop on the longest diagonal and also winning a tempo by forcing Queen to move as it is under attack with the Bishop.
It's a general mistake that most of the beginners make and even I used to do so when I was a beginner as well. Just remember not to do such captures.

14. Bxb4 was a blunder as there was a nice move Rab8 as it forces White Queen to move away from b-file and thus winning the bishop on next move with Bxb4 as you are up a piece.
I would suggest you to do the tactics part of the practice: lichess.org/practice
If you have done all, then do motifs of the puzzles first: lichess.org/training/themes

Well, you have a long way to ahead in chess.
So, keep playing and improving as well.
Tactic? I think this was just that he blundered in a King and Pawn endgame but I could be wrong KEKW
...but you beat him in blitz, he's only 1000 in blitz.

Grecchio covered the bishop-for-knight exchange. Almost always better to keep the bishop. Sometimes it's a good trade if the opponent has to break their pawn structure to recapture, but if they can recapture with a bishop or a knight they're better 99 times out of 100.

10. ...Nd4 attacking the bishop allowed White Bxb7, Ba6 and parking the bishop on f5 with no good way of removing it. Better to not move the knight, maybe develop your dark bishop instead, or guard b7 with the rook.

28. f4 would have kept White's passed pawn alive and left White much better. It could have made that earlier b7 pawn capture decisive.
What can I say about this game? White played a shy opening. Then blundered 14. Bb4. You had a rook skewer tactic. But in such fast time control I would probably miss it too. You just need to have more time to think on moves. Play longer games. Then you both exchanged pieces and went for the 4-rook endgame. As expected, everything was exchanged quickly and white went for a difficult, lost pawn endgame.
