So many mistakes - I am really dissappointed!

Is there a way I can reduce my mistakes. In my last game, I missed so many opportunities, did lots of mistakes, failed to punish my opponent in many of his bad moves! I realized this only when I used the engine. I don't know how to see what opportunity my opponent was throwing at me, I was playing blindly, and I often do this.

Although I won, I am still very disappointed with my game. HOW CAN I IMPROVE? :(

"Is there a way I can reduce my mistakes."

"I was playing blindly, and I often do this."

Well stop playing blindly.

"HOW CAN I IMPROVE?"

Tactics.
@chessypiano Thanks for your response. When I play, I think I have seen all the candidate moves of my opponent. But my opponent always surprises me with an unseen devastated move.
@absk-kr-singh You don't need to see every move of your opponent but you should't miss your own good moves. You didn't even spot mate in #1 at your last move!

Just solve more tactics it will be fine. You still played okay after all.
You play too fast. In this 10+0 game you have 5 useless minutes on your clock at the end, so you played as if it were 5+0.
Take time to think, that will allow you to avoid mistakes, seize opportunities when your opponent makes a bad move.
@tpr The basic principle that I have been following is to always have few seconds more in my clock than that of my opponent's.

But in this game I happened to have 1 minute more. I am not sure how long the game will run for. This game ended in middle-game phase only (so many pieces on the board). I'd reserved my time for the end-game phase.

Please let me know if there is any way I could improve my time management.
In my opinion you played well! If you like to try to improve, I suggest using websites like chesstempo.com/ for things like tactics and endgame training. Just a suggestion!
The only mistake was overlooking the mate in 1, but it's nothing as you had mate in 3. I don't see anything disappointing in his game.
