How do you deal with stress?

Hello. Recently, I've been playing some chess games and when I got a significant advantage out of the endgame for example, I screw it up and now it's a drawn endgame but it was winning before I blundered.

Here are some games I lost because on my stress:

I had a big advantage and on the next move bam I blunder and the game is lost, I know my blunders seems pretty dumb and no one would play a move like that, but when I'm playing I'm so focused and don't realize about my opponent's reply. How do I deal with stress when losing a lot of games and NEVER EVER EVER blunder again and get rid of playing bad moves that costs you the game?

@WassimBerbar the only way to never ever blunder is to never ever play. I am a low rated player but I heard this from a titled player on lichess. I get your feeling completely. I have lost winning games like this too.. If you tilt just don't play before the next day. You can do puzzles or analyse or smth. When I tilt I don't do any I try to forget about chess for that day and return the next day. But puzzles or vids or studying endgames, etc could be ok. Just don't play. You can Google 'Magnus blundering mate in 1' if you want to see that even world champions can blunder time to time.
If nepo can blunder and trap his own bishop in the WCC then there is hope for each and every one of us.
„Stress“ is usually lack of technique resp. playing strength.

You need to also focus on your opponent’s reply. It is important to remember that your opponent also has ideas and plans and you need to consider these when deciding on a move.

To lose a winning endgame signifies lack of concentration of one in the game. Also, don't think that it's only for you. It happens with everyone. Plus, major reason being that one gets overconfident when they have winning position.
Also, to err is human. So, you or any other player can't avoid blundering in game.
You have to keep your focus into the game till the last move. Don't forget that it's not over until it's over. And don't relax yourself when you get to a winnnig postion but you have to back yourself to remain there.
