How do i improve!?

Hi,

I am wondering how i could improve my Blitz rating!? Do i just quit playing Blitz and focus on playing longer games for a while?
I can never remember all the things i learn in videos , just for me too many variables to remember when i play my games! This has been my rating since 2015 and that old account i lost but i just cant seem to get better at all! Maybe someone can give me rough direction i could take to improve!

Do a lot of puzzles, learn basic strategy, opening principles and chess theory, play a lot of games, and recognize when you're on a losing streak or not fit to play. That's how I became 2200+ bullet and 2050+ blitz. In addition, if you want to improve your speed I recommend playing a little puzzle storm, in contrast to regular puzzles you need to have both speed and accuracy. If you want to improve your blitz I recommend playing both some rapid and some bullet, but mainly play blitz. Blitz requires both the ability to flag and the ability to do quick and accurate calculations.
