Not likely top 30 but decent enough, also CS field is about to get really tanked by automated coding you might as well specialize in AI or nothing, its not the glorious broadly hiring high paying field it was 15 years ago

What do you want to do with your life?
I would love to do chess for a career but only 1970 fide and 15. I have a lot of good resources and dont do much tactics for my whole chess career. I just wasted time on social media and other videogames. But due to my age I would say playing professionally is too late even though that would be the only career I actually would be intrested to do. Like I have been taking things seriously for the past 3 months. I am continuing to do so but even then I feel like FM is the max title I could get based on these factors.

I would say IM is the minimum title you need to attain if you want to teach professionally or do something with chess professionally

Maybe a little... you're FIDE 1970 and like 2k on lichess? Does not compute
