hello , in this game ---- https://lichess.org/lhYtuA7aVr4v , i made a move on 9.20 sec and pressed back by mistake. by the time i had come back i.e within 25 sec , i had lost the game . i kindly request lichess give at least 30 sec as it may happen to many others in a bymistake case . i know that this is necessary for clean platform for playing , but atleast 30 sec has to be given in the beginning face of the game atleast.

Hi, I can understand your frustration, but the fact that you missclicked or misspressed something is no-one others fault than yours. . Gamelefters are annoying, but it would be annoying for others to wait longer too.
yeah i know , but many a times when my opponent leaves the game , he gets min of 60 sec ( rapid game ) when its middle game or 10 - 20 sec in end games. but i have got less than 20 sec in the opening !! has the rules changed @MadNutella
I think the reason you get so little time is that you personally have a 93% game completion rate - which I imagine lichess consider to be pretty low. If this were higher I imagine they would give you more of the benefit of the doubt.
They notice that you have a habit of leaving games, so when you appear to leave a game, they decide "we wont waste other people's time waiting for this person, we'll come to the conclusion that they have left soon, because they often do so".
I do not know the countdown values but from my experience In rapid it is more than 30 seconds. Do not wanna spread missinformation tho.But if the values that you mentioned are true, I agree that 20 seconds are not enough.
@retro_sort bro i havent left a single game in the middle except of this and aborted 1 and didnt move the first move for only 1 game in all my 190 games . then how is it less?

Given that the rate is 93% (i.e. 7% incomplete) and you have played about 190 games, we are looking for about 13 games (190 * 0.07 = 13.3).

Maybe lichess are wrong, and they don't exist, in which case I would recommend avoiding mis-clicks.
To be honest, I can't be bothered to work it out.
Lichess game completion rate counter is bogus and only god knows what it actually counts. I think I dropped maybe five games (that is, cancelled before making the first move) while being here and now I have 93% completion rate too. It goes randomly from 100 to 93 to 97 and wherever it wants.
AFAIK, Lichess counts the last 30 losses for game completion rate.
Well, this way it doesn't work for me either, I never drop a lost game. Whatever, I don't actually care that much.
