lost the game due to a mobile app bug

During the game, I made a move, then the opponent had time. When it reached 0, nothing happened. I was not credited with elo for the victory. When I restarted the application, it turned out that I lost. A VERY COOL APP. I'M WAITING FOR MY RATING TO BE RETURNED TO ME. Have screenshots that proof this.

Would help if you included a link to the specific game. But the experience you describe is consistent with you having been temporarily disconnected without realizing it.
