Well until you actually win against that player with two rooks odd, you're just a fraud.

I was doing puzzle streak - got stuck on a puzzle where there were no queens on the board and when I made the wrong move - queens suddenly appeared on both sides of the board and the correct move was a queen move.

I also just had a probably related issue during puzzle streak for this puzzle: https://lichess.org/training/KhrGW
There was no queen visible on e4 which was quite confusing, as it was puzzle 43 and so that doesn't make it much of a puzzle! I refreshed several times and eventually the queen showed up.

As a possibly related issue I've reported elsewhere, I've also experienced this weird issue where the game or analysis page will, on occasion, simply refuse to load without multiple refreshes. All the while my ping to lichess is perfectly fine. But when the games or analysis page does load I have 0 relevant lag.
I am running Safari on macOS 26. My opponents pieces don't show up for all the games I start. I have cleared my cache for lichess, deleted cookies, re-started Safari. Every time I check, and I have many times, it's the same problem and I have to cancel the game so it's tallying against my 'cancelling too many games' tally totally unfairly, and I'm hoping not only do you fix the bug but notice that the dings are all lately on my account do to this bug and don't make them undeserved strikes against me.
I could show you screenshots but I'd have to cancel or lose another game to do it. And plus I think saying that none of my opponent's pieces are visible is clear enough.
And am I actually seeing this problem in the re-captcha?

Because this isn't checkmate but it says it is. I can only assume the king is blocked from moving to e8 (black square to the left) by a piece I can't seen in the screenshot I posted here:

In puzzles, pieces may appear after a little time, or may only appear after failing the puzzle. I've seen where waiting 10 seconds or more while studying the puzzle will just cause more pieces to appear. Just a few moments ago I missed one where a rook was missing for >1 minute until after I played my move (which was wrong) and then it showed it afterward.
Most times I don't click on a piece to think about the move but can't say it never happens. I have not noticed any pattern of that affecting visibility though. Visibility seems unrelated to timing or my own mouse activity (if any, and there is none on android).

Now this problem has appeared in Google Chrome as well. Puzzle Storm is impossible to play properly.
It's probably wrong to be angry at a free service, but how I hate it when everything works fine, but the developers somehow interfere and break everything.
I almost wanted to post another topic since the problem for me is more severe and i see even less than most people

A lot of the buttons on the landing page are not there for me, i cant play a game. I can see the boards ( puzzle of the day and high rated game) but i dont see any pieces.
Some buttons are there like the top bar (they actually do something when i click on them), the live stream on the left is clickable but the page it transfers to you is incomplete. The buttons on the left dont do anything
On Chrome it seems to work no problem, i couldnt even do the captcha because all pieces were invisible and i had to switch to chrome
