Magnus Carlsen always says there are two rules to follow if you're going to toy with your opponent when you're up a queen and two rooks:
1. Don't stalemate him.
2. Don't tell everybody if you stalemate him.

You 100% got what you deserved, didn;t need to make that much pieces and you could have easily stopped the opponent from promoting
