This is again just amazing! But I really missed it in your last blog post, do you actually manually check each puzzle? I mean, all 1804 for this pattern and 3673 for the last one!? That would be a real feat! Honestly, I'm speechless if this is true. :O

Yes, I manually check them to be sure about the quality of it. I want to re-use the original Python code for later updates and to do it I want to find bugs, fix them, and when I am happy with the quality, add more puzzles as more data gets available.
For manually checks:
I pull the links into Excel and use a VBA macro to open a 100 links at a time, using a wait of 1 second between each request to make sure lichess does not ban me for overloading the site. I then play through the puzzles sorted by rating, hoping to learn something from it and also being sure the content is the right stuff :-)

I can't even start understanding how this magic works yet, but I'm so glad you're doing it! I'm looking forward to all these great new puzzles, I think it will be useful for all players. Wonderful stuff!

@CyberShredder
Your pattern in
https://lichess.org/JE8GsCoo/black#59
is strictly speaking not a Vukovic Mate - it would a Vukovic Mate if the knight on a1 was on a5. But your pattern has a very close resemblance :-) in a relaxed definition this could be a Vukovic Mate. I tend to think in terms of the strict definition and then see the close analogy as you do and I think it helps keeping things structured and clear :-)

In a nutshell: I am seeing a lot more puzzles of one type in a very short amount of time, because the tabs (eg.: 100) are already open in the browser - I just have to use CTRL+W to close a tab, if the pattern looks OK. Right now I am reviewing 5751 Triangle mates and I am at 2800 of them. Suddenly, I realize that I see the mate without having to actually make the moves (in many standard positions). And that's a training effect that I like to take away from it.

Yeah, I've also noticed that once I've done a hundred of them, the pattern just starts flying at you and you get faster and faster at solving them. Quite a fun way to learn as well. But the number of these puzzles is just huge, I imagine there are patterns that would have tens of thousands of games. :S

This pattern is very common in atomic!
I've gotten this pattern in standard too
