How to improve?

@Bishop1964 Yes, it's good. You can create custom training modules with your own PGN files or lichess studies. Then you can practice the patterns using "spaced repetition".

You can also search and practice using modules created by other users.
@clutchnutz
What happens to a study which I upload to this site ?
Can I determine the visibility mode ? Public or Invite only.
Or can everybody now see my studies ?

I saw that there is a remark about the Lichess opening studies of NM Mr_Penings.
I guess that everybody can see his studies because they are available to everybody.

Is there someone who checks the quality of the openly available content ?
@Bishop1964 I think you can make content private. I don't think quality is checked. The moves in a study or a PGN are converted to a format that allows you to practice them.. first with arrows to show you the pattern, then with no arrows to test your memory. Check it out and see if it works for you. It's free.
@Bishop1964 Create an account with a different screen name on listudy.org so you can save studies and make them public. That way, no one can associate your repertoire with your lichess profile.
@Bishop1964 There is plenty there to get started. I suggest that you just give it try and figure it out. It's pretty straightforward. Good luck!
@clutchnutz hi. i need linux to install this? there is no a running server online? or a version for windows?
Thanks.
@JoseAldo
It is repeat only. Pure memorization. So the benefit is limited.
But you should still ask yourself "why" to help memorize the lines. If you know why certain moves are made, it helps to internalize the pattern. There are youtube videos about specific openings that help explain why.
