The Rhyme of the Naive Teamleader
(or, How I learned to stop worrying and love the monarchial governance structure for lichess teams)

It is an naive teamleader
And a large team leads he
And in his pride and with good grace
Too many co-leaders adds he

He doth not vet, but lets all come
who wish a leader be
For after all, his teams are naught
but personal publicity

The team was cheered, its name had cleared
Merrily did we type
In forums bare, did we tourneys share
And divers other tripe

And through the days the member lists
did grow to lengths obscene
Usernames of men did we all ken
(Though none were known to me)

At length did cross a Wannabe Boss
with a singular aim
As if it had been a personal friend,
we let he the team claim

Day after day, day after day,
we watch our team's motion
As idle as our membership
Without handing out promotion

Hackers, Hackers, everywhere!
Hear all the leaders shriek!
Hackers, Hackers, everywhere!
(Though hackers not, these freaks)

Her cheater flag was red, her followers were three
her ratings were all provisional
Her profile blank as leprosy,
