If someone had a rating below 600 before the rating floor was put it, can they still have it?

I don't think people can have rating less than 600..But also one cannot state that.. we need proof for that
The lowest rating I've seen is 863

The lowest rating I have played with 600 and defeated that guy , and the player got no rating reduced !
Some people do have problem with everything
I dont have to give people proof for my suggestions

you can see if from source code that 600 is lowest possible rating

But someone could have gotten less than 600 before the source code had that restriction. The question is if they will keep it.

up until point they play a single rated game they would keep it
