Hello, a question about computer support

I just saw someone being banned because he played with computer. My question: I have just begun to create studies in which I let myself be supported by the computer. Then I want to publicly store, learn and apply these studies. Is that okay or is this not allowed?
You can use computers for your studies as much as you see fit.
During play however you can neither use computers nor consult studies.
Thanks tpr, that was helpful. I'm still an advanced beginner, but during a game I do not need to open my studies anyway, because I'm creating the studies to memorize them. Stockfish is simply a very good and patient teacher. Thanks again, now I am reassured and consider my learning strategy confirmed.
By the way, I like the chess-captcha.
Just don't use the engine during a game and you'll be fine.
As far as I know, I think during casual games they don't bust computer users, and a study you are perfectly fine to use engine analysis on. So if you are gonna use an engine make sure it's either casual or against one of the engines unrated. Bringing that to rated games is when you get a cheater tag.
