he did burn his candle at both ends , a footballing great but so much over indulgence ,
there are many footballers who have basked in fame but when their career ends find a hollow gap and fill it with extremely bad compulsive behaviour be that drugs , drink gambling ,
youd think they would wise up by now ,and instead realise football is a short career and use the cash they get to prepare for a future outside of football , like robbie fowler did ....he spent his money on property and the urban myth is he now owns all the pubs around old trafford ,
you dont have to take cocaine like maradona or drink like gascoigne or gamble like merson or womanise like best
as this will sully all you acheived on the pitch
