I have noticed this for a long time, when I put Fide Id's in Lichess Study's, it usually comes. But, sometimes when I put other player's fide Id, it comes in a red colour

Yes, I also observed it but I left it because I thought that it would be fixed but till now, it did not get fixed.
What is the ID you're putting in? For me, it seems that it's red if the ID contains non digits or is not between 2 and 8 digits. Maybe you mistyped it?
I did not mistype it, but the fide ID itself is 9-digit number, I rechecked it lot of times. Maybe, it comes red for 9-digit Fide Id's. I hope somebody rectifies it.
When I searched in google, I found a blog: https://blog.frbe-kbsb-ksb.be/blog/new-fide-id-pool-assigned-to-belgium/ in which it says that the old fide ids were till 8-digits only and from 10th April, They have till 9-digits.
Oh, so since it was updated on April 10th, lichess would have not seen it or would have forgotten it I think
