Any good defenses against 1. d4?

My worst nightmare is the London and the only thing that prevents it is 1.e5. Very dubious gambit that I like, but at 2000+ it's garbage. I heard the Mikenas /Mexican defense is pretty good to surprise people and played it against some friends and won. My last options are the Dutch, Polish defense and St. George Defense. The St. George is an interesting one.

Well the Benoni opening (invented by the American National Master Ben Oni) is respected by lichess amateurs and the like, in most lines it gives playable positions. If I understand correctly, you prefer to play 1. d4 d5 2. c4 e5, the Albin Countergambit (invented by the Arab chessmaster Al Bin) but it doesn't look so good after 3. dxe5, which is the main line by the way. Then you have only one good move which is the d pawn push, which simply doesn't look good and violates opening rules. The computer leaves no doubts, it's like playing a pawn down without compensation. Maybe look for something else. Then there is the KID, which was invented by some kid. I wouldn't go for that opening for obvious reasons. There was a video on youtube how to play against the London, but I am too low rated to learn such stuff. The St George isn't very interesting because it neglects the centre. If you don't take the centre you will often have cramped pieces, bad knights and unpleasant game.
According to me Playing the Slav will be best refutation as it mostly ends in a DRAW. and draw is not a good result for white.

Best result for White is 1-0
Best Result for Black is 1/2-1/2 and 0-1

The Semi Slav, Meran Variation and Semi Slav Noteboom have GOOD ACCURACY for Black.

But the St. George has the element of confusion. If e4, it goes into a mainline and engine says equal, because after b5 black fianchettos and takes away c4 from the bishop. I also believe GM miles beat Karpov with it.
ah yeah
the weakly „i can‘t play against d4 is there a undiscovered opening that is better than anything i tried yet? but not the qgd please thats not good“
