Ofc that's when you think a mod made a wrong decision [very rarely] but the mods are people too right? They are not robots and lichess mods have great consistency here in comparison to the green website. Why criticize and make them feel bad?

Because that's the way moderators are everywhere. It's a cosmic law of the internet.

Then the judges in tournaments are also people, and they can probably make decisions based on their mood.
Why do moderators accuse people of cheating without providing any explanation? Are they incapable of making mistakes? Why is it impossible to argue with them? They are supposedly human beings too. If this is the case, why is there no explanation or evidence provided?
Because their cheat detection no longer works when they're too transparent about it. And most of this "arguing" would just do nothing but waste their time.
