No URL works in the transparent background

No matter what I do, what URL I use, I can't change the background. Other people manage to do it, but for some reason it doesn't work for me.

You have to copy and paste the image address
Right click and ‘copy image address should’ show up

i just use plain black but also anime backgrounds as they are cool and fun hehe :)
