About a week ago, my team had 555 members, now we have 542. We’re not gaining members but losing. How to stop this? Is this normal? How to grow it back?
it is very normal if u have many members they will leave then more members will come

Yeah I know, but I’m actually not gaining at ALL. I’m losing very much.

Why not ask your members? Or the people that left?
I’m not sure who left..
@Berry312 Same thing happening to my club, I feel your pain. People keep leaving and I do not gain much members. Though many people say my club is not active even though we participate in team battles regularly. Many people also complain that we don't host enough arena tournaments but when I host them, not many members join. It is really hard for team leaders to run teams this way. Can a team leader with a team with around 1000+ members please give us some advice to improve our team? I thank you in advance for your replies.

That's the other annoying part, I never know who left.

In my opinion, you should not worry about members who have left the team. If they left, they weren't interested, so if it's 5 or 10 people, there's no need to change how you operate, especially if you're an active team. but if people point out to you that there is a problem and that the team is regressing, listen to them. look for active players capable of pushing the team upwards, the rest counts for little
Best regards

...which is probably for the best. When leaving a team, I certainly don't want to be interrogated why.
