Why appears in some accounts this symbol in Puzzles Rating. Doesnt appear the number only the symbol.

I think there is a bug there, because calculation ability cannot be compared to blitz or worst bullet games.
Maybe a good indicator to check if there is a cheating is the time in the website or app used by user thinking in the puzzle.

It's not a bug, rather a feature. It is built so that to a certain live game rating corresponds a maximum puzzle rating. If the puzzle rating exceeds this max value the rating will no longer be shown to the public.
