Lots of chess programs in my games where they should be human ... why does this happen?
Because users are too lazy to program chess bots that use neural nets and plays more like human. /s
You can report suspicious opponents through their profile (see the triangle with exclamation sign on the left upper side - that should do the job, I believe; although haven't done it yet myself).
