The top two took a hold on the race for promotion in Group D, with @somerapidplayer claiming the group title and @the_puzzles finishing a comfortable runner up. Both will hope to do some damage at the second level next season - congratulations to you both!

There was an almighty scrap at the other end of the table to avoid relegation. @BishopBlessings dropped out towards the end of the season and finished bottom, but @MatthiasSch edged out @squarehopper to survive on tiebreak thanks to victory in their head-to-head encounter in round seven. It shows how competitive the league is - in Season 10 @squarehopper was in the running for promotion from the third tier.

Elsewhere, we have lost a correspondence league stalwart in ElPistoleroWW who has not signed up for Season 12. We hope to see them back soon.
