anons dont effect your rating. as for the game itself, why do you suspect cheating? ...d5 was just a blunder, tearing open the center while your king still resides there. Both the King and Queen are under dangerous x-rays.
Some many online player cheat by using another computer with a chess engine like fritz or any other UCI compatible with Chessbase or Arena even use the old Winboard with a Polygot adapter for using a UCI engine under Winboard. Or just use smartphone apps like stockfish or using the Ipad or any other tablet on the market. The issue is how did you know if the other user use a computer. Maybe this server they need the anti-computer cheating system.
The problem has existed for a long time. Some places check all games with anti computer software. Other places just let it go and hope that the cheaters get bored and go away. Knowing for sure is hard without the software to check.
