In Luxembourg the alcohol is cheap (low taxes on this). Same for coffee. What would an online player need more besides coffee and alcohol? ;-) And if that is not enough, they have good food and know how make good meals of it.
So we need not to change much there. What kind of invasion it is, when the invader would like to go things exactly that way like before? Maybe visiting and enjoying is a propper alternative ;-)
