Absolutely a 1400 can get in the top 500. Don’t hate on 1400s. 1400s have feelings too.
Just make sure there are 499 players in the marathon and you’re home and dry and you’re one place better than you expected.

well, it's the level of mastery required to get into Top 500, provided you play and binge as much as possible. I've seen a few 2000-2100 making it in there with like 700+ games, but I haven't seen a sub-2000 make it (in bullet that is; blitz ratings are less inflated than bullet)
yeah there is a chance if it’s a holiday.
I mean first 1000 players might be 2000+ but man you have chance to grow rating summer marathon is on 5-07-2023
