Why on every team there are just blitz and bullet?

First of all, I know these are most common time controls. Yes, people like to play blitz and bullet!

On the other hand if you want more people to your team how does it help if your team is almost totally same as 100 other teams? Why would someone join if he knows 100 teams that are as available as that one? Is there some problem if from 10 tournaments 9 would be blitz or bullet and that one would be rapid or something else? By rapid I mean at least 10 2 because these 10 0 and 8 0 or are not that different than 5 0 blitz. That 10th tournament could be FR as well if not rapid.

I know there are rapid and classical tournaments on Lichess. I sometimes play them, because I like them.

Rapid arena tournament is of course better than no rapid tournament at all, but still I would think Rapid Swiss that lasts something between 2-4 hours is more popular than Rapid 12 hour Arena tournament. Almost always noone joins that long Arena tournaments. Is it the same with Swiss tournaments? I may be wrong on this. I just have seen many times that maybe 30 people have registered to Rapid arena tournament, but then something like 3 people played it. People probably visit on different time and everyone sees that not enough games and they leave. You can't make rapid Swiss as unpopular, can you?
I am asking these things because, yes I know everyone can play what they want to, but I am not certain is there some other reasons as well? I am not saying what is bad and good, but rather asking why not give options such as: "hey, join our team: we have different kind of tournaments!!"
I am guessing that there is not much trust between players here, and they wouldnt want to lose many games.
When the time controls get longer, the fair gaming declines possibly.
Why these rapid arenas are organized instead of rapid swiss? People are just coming and leaving right away, because you can't get enough people to start the 12 hour tournament on same hour. Blitz are swiss but rapid are arenas, I don't understand why?

I have seen these strange things many months. I thought it would be good idea to ask :)
I think this is because some people don't have time for rapid or classical arenas, many can get bored.
In blitz and bullet, the arena flows with quick games, this keeps the attention span of the player who might just leave the arena after playing 2 or 3 rapid games.

I also think that blitz and bullet are just more popular time controls.
My younger brother says, blitz and bullet do not have anything to do with chess.
He wins every game against me, if we have no clock.
In fact I win simply lot of games, because time of my opponent runs out.
No checkmate, but mostly take care about my king.
