Now Stockfish finds the only winning move, putting ChessBase in a zugzwang position, and it was in that position ChessBase resigned against Stockfish as there is nothing left to do.

To little facts here - what is the licence for stockfish 14 - which parts have which licence? did they copy part of the source code into their own functions? I think they distribute the stockfish as a library module - still should provide its source code (a library Source) but i dont think you need to provide source for your own interface that you created. Am i right or am i wrong - why?

TP-link - super cheap chineese SOHO routers factory distributes the source code of linux :) as they use linux kernel inside - but they dont provide source code of their web interface.

I hope the developers of stockfish win this case. Copying somebody's work without asking and not stopping when asked is very wrong.

Such a big shame that companies do this just for the attention. They try to do this without getting found out as well. Happy to see that ChessBase gets what is deserves at this point. Gonna be surprised if Chessbase win tho tbh.
