When you send large private message - it is automatically deleted without any warnings. This is very frustrating if you spent 1 hour and then all is erased. And you can't even copy message to the notepad because it is removed completely.

How long is a large private message with you?
Seriously, there's obviously a letter limit you've exceeded. I don't know how high this is either - but the fact that the entire text is completely deleted when this limit is reached is of course an error that lichess should definitely fix.

I'm not sure how long it exactly was because it was deleted, but I assume that it was more than 5000 characters.
It would be nice if there would be just some checking before sending a message and if length is longer than allowed - you will receive some warning or just error and message will be not send.
But not like how it works now - first send message and then delete it immediately.
