Racing Kings: King arrived first. Somehow only a draw

As you can see, I won this game. Yet I was only given credit for a draw. What is the problem here?

if white gets to the final rank and black gets there the very next move it's a draw. to compensate for the fact if both sides just rushed their kings white would always win. ( aka to compensate for first move rule.) you can find more rules about the variant here lichess.org/variant/racingKings

see if white gets the start and be the first it is not fair so if white comes first black should end it but if black comes first he/she wins
