Would this be a draw or a lost game in case of running out of time

Since there has been quite a lot of discussion about losing on time (which was fairly easy to answer with the rules of chess), i am also here to present quite a random and probably impossible position, but yet with the curiosity of how would Lichess handle this.

Imagine you're black in this position. Imagine you run out of time.

According to the laws of chess: The game is drawn when a position has arisen in which neither player can
checkmate the opponent’s king with any series of legal moves. The game is said to
end in a ‘dead position’. This immediately ends the game, provided that the move
producing the position was legal. (See Article 9.6)

You should technically draw? But I'm curious (if anyone has ever tried this), does Lichess considers this a loss or a draw?

Ok so I got really interested on this topic and tested it out myself

Here is a game testing if it works vs computers:

Since the result is a draw, it does.

Now to test the position given, which, when the rule is applied, should end in a draw since white has no legal way to win the game.

The game has ended in a loss. I guess lichess doesn't like to go off of technicalities haha
There are positions where it is pretty much difficult to evaluate whether winnable or not.

Pragmatic: FIDE draw, lichess win probably.
A loss, because it would need a lot of server ressources to evaluate the position. Use the search function, this topic has been discussed a thousand times.
#1 been reported before according to fide rules its a draw but lichess does not have a way tp find force moves yet. It won't be hard since the move is forced or require alot of computer resources
