Repeted moves done but system not considered this game as draw
1. Where do you see a threefold repetition? I don't see any.
2. Threefold repetition only results in a draw when one of the players claims it. (On Lichess, one can enable automatic claim.)
I *think* they are referring to the black king moving back and fourth 3 times, which might be the most creative misunderstanding of the rules that I have witnessed...

If you ever want to draw Magnus Carlsen, try [this](https://lichess.org/analysis/pgn/1.Na3+b5+(1...Nc6+2.Rb1+Nd4+(2...Na5+3.Ra1+Nc4+4.Rb1+Nxa3+5.Ra1)+3.Ra1+Nb3+4.Rb1)+(1...e6+2.Rb1+Qf6+3.Ra1+Qxb2+4.Bxb2)+2.Rb1+b4+3.Ra1+bxa3+(3...b3+4.Rb1+bxa2+5.Ra1)+4.Rb1+axb2+5.Ra1). The only way to stop the draw is to give up a knight or queen, after which you can continue shuffling and go for the draw anyway if you really want!
