Blocking players

How do I block idiots that start/accept games then dont move, I suspect are using a chess programme to play or are generally just juvenile types?

On the players userpage (rightclick-click a player's name) on top right, there is a button group, the 'block player' button is one of them.

Well, I just put a game up that was accepted by 'annoymos', the game is still active now. No move has been made, if I hover or click on the name nothing happens. So, I have to abort the game and continue to abort games until I get suspended for aborting games, or I get a player who isn't an idiot.

'Anonymous' isn't a player, it's someone who's playing without an account. Some of the anonymous players are ok, but the worst of them are worse than any of the registered players.

When you set up casual game, there's a box you can tick so that only registered players can join the game. (Where it says "members only").

If you wait long enough before aborting, you don't get punished.

(I think it's sthg like >15s to avoid a temporary ban and >45s to have the opponent receive a temporary ban, but I'm not sure about the exact times.)

I'll occasionally play under the Anonymous title. It can lead to better games depending on you get.

Hi all, how can I block anonymous players in the 'diagram'?
Sometimes you click onto that graphic... very quicky.. and then it's an anonymous one.
A filter for the diagramm available?
