You could use these gambits, but why should you?
They all give black an advantage.
With a bit of luck you can equalize as white.
Gambits are important in chess because they are a strategic tool to gain an early advantage in development and initiative by sacrificing material for compensation like an attack, open files, or positional weaknesses for the opponent. They force opponents to react, leading to dynamic games, and are excellent for learning tactical skill, active play, and attacking confidently.
There is a reason why those gambits are no longer played at top level except as a rare surprise.
Gambits are good to quickly overrun weak opponents which you should beat anyway,
but make you suffer against strong opponents who know to defend and to convert an extra pawn to a win in the endgame.
