How do I contact the Administrator or Accountant

My card is changed double for my subscription this month.

I can go over the details here or with the administrative contact that someone provides.

I can't see how to add my reason on the contact page (lichess.org/contact#help-root). It gives options such as closing account and can't log in which doesn't apply to me.
