You are just making excuses for not being good at the game.
I am very sorry you feel this way. I understand where you are coming from, but you should take it as a game, that is all, if you don't want to go pro.
The complexity of chess makes the game easy to attract people who get obsessed easily, or addicted. But you should just try to have fun. I only play bullet or blitz to avoid investing to much time and getting frustrated, as I only play the game for personal enjoyment and work out my brain a bit.
Don't be so hard on yourself, and stop taking it so seriously. If you can't do it, don't play anymore, the important thing is for you to feel good.
