I think so. if you get the enemy king in a corner. Say it is the top right (for white at least) and u get the king on that line and attack with the light squared bishop. Next to it, on the right, is the dark squared bishop, so it can't move to the right. Then, with one diagonal between the enemy kings, the white king is there covering all escape squares. So yea i think so.
