I am so sorry for what happened today...: I got this in my lichess inbox, a message sent my @Lichess. "You have lost a couple games after a few moves. Please note that you MUST try to win every rated game. Losing rated games on purpose is called "sandbagging" and is not allowed on Lichess.

I need to say that , that is because I was angry over an accidental queen premove, and my opponent didn't accept my takeback. And for the game before this happened, my opponent hung a pawn but a premoved, so I got frustrated and resigned.

I wasn't trying to make sanggangging. Because i already had one alert before that I cheated (i will never again), if i do not want to be banned, How do I proceed? Do I need an apology or appeal?

No need to do anything. Just be aware from now on. Lichess does not send you messages for no reason. So please mind your actions..
