If you like historical or detective procedurals, the suspicions of mr. whicher is very good 3 part miniseries

set in 1860s London, not a Sherlock copy, quite different

recommended as a couples watch, too

My favorite show of all time is "Mr. Robot", check it out if you haven't already. It's only four seasons. You may find it enjoyable as well.

Baywatch Nights. It's like the X-Files, but with the cast of Baywatch.

Im interested in that lol.

Better Call Saul is at the apex. But Suits is quite good, as well.

I watch several tv shows at the same time. Watch an episode here, another there. But I always have like 5 at the same time.
Those 2 I am already watching. Better Call saul, im in season 2. Suits, Im at season 8. I am looking for new ones because suits and another one will be gone soon.

"You" , "the gentlemen"
Ill check those ones out.

A Discovery of Witches
Looks allright. Ill check it too.

For an individual movie, "Draft Day" doesn't seem that well known, but it's good. Just as "Moneyball" was good.

Saw both already. Have not seen hoosiers. But my favorite sports movie is Any Given Sunday. Thanks for the suggestions. I will check them out, eventually.

Andor.

Thank you for taking the time to write that down, but Im not really a fan of Star Wars. I just dont like them. I really have tried more than once, but they just wont appeal to me. I have not tried individual shows, but given that the universe is just not interesting to me, ill pass. You just picked probably the only franchise that I dont like.

Im more of a trekkie guy (except discovery, that was garbage).

For drama: Shogun is excellent.
Yup, it looks really good. Ill check it.

For comedy: anything by Nathan Fielder. Nathan for You, The Rehearsal, The Curse.
Yup, they look also very good. Ill check them all out.

Elementary
I saw the Cumberbatch Sherlock. Not sure I want to watch another Sherlock for some time, but ill keep it on the loop.

"Face Off,"
Which year? Is that the one about sfx and make up artist? If not, I dont know which one because there are a few with the same name.

"Dirty Jobs"
Yeah, I also like that kind of thing, but I watch youtube videos about it here and there. Ill pass on that one. Thanks.

try The Vampire Diaries, and Legacies
I like vampires, but not that much, on small doses. I think they are the the lamest of the tv monsters.
I watched the movie Abigail a few days ago. Good flick.

The vampire diaries has like 8 seasons. Maybe a bit too much for me. Ill check Legacies, as it is shorter, and see if it sticks. If it does, ill give the other one a go. Thanks.

"Mr. Robot"
Looks like a show I would watch. Ill give it a go too.

Thank you all for your suggestions. I think I have enough for a couple of months. But If you think you have something great, keep em coming.

Ill give you some recommendations back too, in case you want.
The shield. Best cop show ever.
Battlestar Galactica. Great SFY, a great drama too. Just very dense, but awesome. Not for everyone.
Firefly. Shame it was cancelled because it aired out of order. A short, but awesome ride.
Game of thrones and breaking bad. Best shows ever.
Community. Its like big bang theory, but with idiots instead of geniuses, and probably even better, just underrated.
Ash vs evil dead. Horror-comedy show. You dont need to watch the movies.
BrainDead. Tv show, not the movie, which is something different. This is perfect for all the political activist in the site, its a satire about left and right wing, great show, 1 season.
Burn Notice. Fun show about a spy. Cant really describe it. Its like Mission impossible meets comedy and western.
The expanse. Great Sci-fi about a conflict between 3 factions of humans in the solar system after they colonized.
The orville. Its a parody/homage of Star trek until rapidly starts to be its own thing. Amazing.
And lastly. What we do in the shadows (tv show, not the movie). @schwasd you will love this one. Its about a Tv crew that was allowed inside a vampire mansion to film they everyday. Its hilarious.

@Alientcp

Cumberbatch Sherlock: Yeah, that was great, too, though the Elementary show is very different if you don't know about it (Watson is genger-swapped to a woman named Joan, Sherlock is a sexual deviant, et cetera.)

Face Off: Yes, I meant the sfx/make-up artists. That was the only competition show I've ever seen where the contestants often help each other, and generally care more about the quality of even their opponents work than winning.. I really loved that about it.

I'd recommend the show 1923. Even if you don't like "Yellowstone" very much, you might want to give the series a chance. Well, the only other show I can think of is Turn. It has some historical value. Okay, I'll shut up and wait until you respond...
