I'm done with chess. I'm simply too retarded for this game.

>Lose material early on
>Somehow equalize
>Resign one move away from a stalemate

Yep. It's either quitting or killing myself one day after a game. Life is already stressful as it is. Adios.
Used to be the same here. The more you lose, the more you realize the moves that can make your arsenal even more powerful. study openings, midgames and endgames. Study old games and take inspiration in making unique moves. Good luck!
I’m not a coach nor training expert, but may I suggest you take a week away from chess and then come back and try the following;

Quit bullet. Quit blitz. Quit rapid. The only two chess time controls going forward are Classical (15+15 or greater) and Daily (Correspondence). You need time to think and analyze positions carefully, and grow from that. Reduce time induced mistakes.

Pick a few openings, and only play those. Watch YouTube videos, read books, review master games of those openings.

Every day before you play chess or study chess you solve at least 5 puzzles. Warm your brain up and add to pattern recognition bank. The more patterns you know, the better player you will be.

After every game, make sure to review all your mistakes the whine points out. If you don’t understand why a move is a mistake, post the position on the forum and ask.

Try the above for a few months if you can, then let us know if you enjoy the chess better. Cheers!

@braiknight You definitely need to spend a few hours studying endgame fundamentals... basic endgame knowledge is a MUST KNOW for anyone who wants to play chess.
there are two things you can do. become so good at chess that you never lose, or learn to lose without creating bad feelings.

what really helped me in all areas of life including losing in chess, is meditation. if you wanted to learn more about it, I like the book the mind illuminated, but there's 1000s of free videos and other material out there.
don't worry, yesterday i missed a mate in 1 in a blitz. Result was that i got mated 2 moves later. You should relax your expectations. It will take a long time to get better, but only those who don't give up will get there. I hope you don't give up and continue to have fun.
Hilarious resignation. Thank you for sharing.
i am done with chess too. it is too difficult to remember all these mistakes i ever made. and every game is differrent. i think, that chess shoud be learned since 5 years old, not when is someone is adult. Some poeple are very arrogant. one russian told me, i should quite game, anothter told me: i am 244 IQ...... Arab....Muslim.....Some people hate each other, when i say hello , doesnt answer me.....
when someone knows how to play a chess, it doesn't mean it's intelligent....
