Glitch in game, waiting for opponent to play

I was playing a game as white and it was blacks turn. I was given notice that my opponent had left the game and I could claim victory, which I tried to do. The button did not respond, but simply came back with the same option over and over. Since the button didn't seem to be working properly, I waited for my opponent's time to expire (about 10 minutes). Once it did, I was given the loss, not the win and the warning about letting time expire (although it was my opponent's clock that expired). I'd like to see the points returned to my rating, at least. My opponent received 87 points and I really don't care what decision is made for his points but I lost rating points due to a glitch in the system.

Another observation, I checked the analysis for this game and it showed the next move was for black at move 15.
