I've tried this many times but whatever link I give it says invalid . Can you guys help ??

Go to imgur.com
Click at 'New post'
Drag the photo of your choice into it
Upload it (make sure that it is 'hidden' and not in 'to community')
When finished uploading, hover over your picture and click at the button that have three dots (...)
Select 'Get share links'
Copy the link that says 'BBCode (Forums)'
Click on your profile in Lichess, and select 'background', and then select 'Transparent'.
Paste the link into the bar
Remove the [img] and [/img] at the front and at the back of the link
