if you push the pawn to F-2, you got a mate coming. Even if he takes the Q you promote the pawn to a Q and trap the king
So P-f2 is the answer

Actually, ...f2?? Qxf6! f1=Q+ is not mate since with White's queen on f6, it can take back on f1. Actually this is mentioned in the solution bit too.
