Well in the Movies it's unclear due to some Kryptonite nonsense, and that special Batman suit of armor, BUT, I feel that if this match up was real, Superman would have melted that metal wearing charlatan from like two miles away with his heat ray eye beams. :). lol
It's so obvious batman just a man in a suit , superman would win in a second but anyway they wouldn't be fighting each other as both 'good' xxx
