Is tolerate this?

From casual Blitz game few days ago my opponent said:

What is a Slovene 08:38
We're a little nervous 08:38
Don't be afraid 08:38

I loose game, he was better. I reported his chat, but no response from moderators.

I really want know, is tolerate this or not ... Thank you for any answers from moderators.

they are stuoid. don't worrie is their problem

But this is my problem too. I can only remove country flag and disable chat.

Chat is sometimes very useful.

Chat is in generally not useful and you only risk getting across awkward people. I can only recommend to disable it. Who cares about "Hello" and "good game"

You right. I disable chat, here are messages, and i can block strange guys.

Too much trolls last year here ...
