Wrong "cheating detected" on my game.

I can say exactly what has just been reported by another user:

"I lost this game because the website wouldn't let me make a move, it said I wasn't online and whenever I tried to make a move the site would just replace my pieces, I couldn't offer a draw, I couldn't even resign."

I had no line problems as I could do other activities on line and I also tested if I could do other thong in lychess and I could. I just could not do anything on my game.

The worst thing was that at the end I discovered that I lost on cheating. I did not cheat: it just lost a draw game for a lychess error. How is it possible to fix this?

Thank you MusicGarlic, I didn't know that feature. I don't care so much for the loss of elo but I am totally unhappy for being marked as cheater!
